I am a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science and Engineering at The Ohio State University, advised by Prof. Andrew Perrault. Before joining OSU, I received my B.S. degree from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC).

My research studies reinforcement learning for sequential decision-making and resource allocation, with applications in public health. I develop hierarchical and multi-agent learning frameworks for large-scale decision systems under uncertainty, particularly for outbreak control.
